Operating instructions:
1. Soaking materials:
Remove iron, sand and other debris from the material; soak material in hot water until there is no hard core. (Note: soaking the material with high temperature water can cause high viscosity and poor slag effect).
2. Start:
Loosen the lock nut and adjust the handle to turn in the coarse direction until there is no block when the filter frame exposed by the slag opening is slightly pushed. The rotation is flexible and the engine can be started.
3. Adjust the gap:
Adjust the handle in a thin direction until you hear a light massage. Do not fit too well, too well to grind bean skin, block the filter mesh, appear in the slag with pulp, and significantly reduce production efficiency, increase energy consumption. If the gap is too large, the slag rate is too high, which also results in low productivity and waste materials. To further improve the utilization rate of the dregs, bean feces can be adjusted to the porridge by adding water to the hopper, and processing can be repeated.
4. Cleaning:
At the end of the work, the filter and the waste of the machine must be cleaned in time to guarantee a good separation of slag and hygiene.
Methods As below:
1. Unscrew the fixing screws of the dispenser, remove the filter frame, move the grinding wheel, etc. and the filter should be cleaned without obstruction.
2. Clean the inside and outside of the machine with a cloth. Do not wash with water to prevent the engine from entering the water.
3. Refer to the structure diagram to restore the relevant parts as the filter frame in order, and clamp them with tightening bolts
