1)The most common size of general dishes/meat is: 3.5mm blade.The cutting size is determined by the distance between the knife groups, and the distance between the blade is not adjustable.
The cutting size is determined by the knife group spacing.
The knife group spacing can not be adjusted.
The size can be changed by 2.0/2.5/3.0/3.5/5/7/10/15/21mm.
If cutting cooked meat, it is recommended to select knife group not less than 3.5mm.
2)The machine can cut vegetables, such as cabbage, greens, kelp, peppers, green peppers, fungi, dried tofu and other soft things. 3 The following foods cannot be cut in the machine: whole hard fruits and vegetables,such as potatoes. boned meat and frozen meat are not suitable, otherwise it is easy to damage the blade and jam the machine.
